We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to lead and manage recruitment delivery for multiple clients. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally from companies that have worked for startups, consumer tech, SaaS, software product companies, or GCCs in India. This role involves overseeing a team of recruiters, managing client relationships, and ensuring recruitment processes align with our clients’ hiring goals and standards. The Client Manager will be responsible for delivering top-tier recruitment services, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring successful placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
- Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business objectives to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, managing expectations and addressing any challenges in the hiring process.
- Recruitment Delivery Oversight:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with client needs and market trends in the startup, consumer tech, SaaS, software product, or GCC sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to prioritize client needs and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear performance goals and fostering professional growth.
- Allocate resources and manage workloads to ensure efficient recruitment delivery across multiple clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and support to the recruitment team.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on hiring initiatives.
- Present recruitment progress and metrics to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improving hiring outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering market intelligence and talent acquisition strategies that add value to clients’ hiring processes.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Analyze recruitment performance metrics to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and company standards.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, client satisfaction, and team performance.
